Cancellation Policy
Kids & Baby & Pet Policies We love babies, kiddos, and pets. Unfortunately, Violetz Salon does not allow children, babies, or pets in the salon at any time, as we do not offer kid services. Violetz Salon insurance policies do not cover kids, babies, or pets. We politely ask each client to arrange proper childcare for babies & children. Per Link, office building lease policies do not allow pets. - Violetz Salon Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy/ Reschedule Violetz Salon charges a 100% cancellation/Reschedule fee for all services and no-shows within 72 of the scheduled appointment. All deposits, extension retainer fees, consultations, and all services, are 100% non-refundable. Please know  once all appointments are pre-booked. All charges are 100% nonrefundable. A retainer fee of half of the service amount is due at the time of booking and is 100% nonrefundable once booked. Violet Salon's cancellation policy will remain the same in the full effect of the cancellation fee due in full payment if the client cancels via text or email.
